Performance is design.

A beautiful site that stutters is a broken site. Frame budgets get decided at the same table as colors and type — never retrofitted after the fact.

Motion tells the story.

Animation isn't garnish. Every transition should answer a question: where did this come from, where is it going, why should you care.

The easing curve nobody consciously notices, the hover state that feels just right — that's the difference between a page and an experience.

Real feedback beats perfect plans. Get it in front of people early, measure honestly, and let the polish compound release after release.

Yes — the best first step is a short email with what you're building and roughly when you need it; I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit and when I could start.

Fully remote, and I've shipped with teams from San Francisco to Singapore. I keep a generous overlap window for calls and reviews, and everything else runs async with clear written updates.

A focused interactive site or 3D experience usually lands in 4–8 weeks. Full-stack products depend on scope — but I always start with a working prototype in the first two weeks so we're steering something real, not a spec.

Fixed price for well-defined projects, weekly rate for open-ended or evolving scopes. Either way you get a clear proposal up front — no surprise invoices, no meter running while we chat.

I design in the browser: motion, layout, and interaction come from me. For heavy brand work I partner with dedicated designers — and I'm equally happy building precisely to an existing design system.
