How it runs

Four stages, in order. Open any one to see what actually happens in it.

  1. We start with the nouns of your business, not a framework choice. I map the entities and their relationships, agree the hard constraints, and write the architecture down in plain language before any code exists — so we find the expensive misunderstandings while they're still free.

  2. The server contract comes first: REST or realtime endpoints, authentication, and role-based access. Getting this layer honest early means the frontend never has to invent workarounds for a shape that doesn't fit.

  3. Customer-facing frontends and the internal dashboards behind them. The admin side gets the same care as the marketing side, because the tool your staff opens every morning is the one that decides whether the project actually worked.

  4. CI/CD, a staging environment, and error monitoring from the first deploy rather than the last week. You get documentation and a walkthrough so the codebase outlives our engagement — you are never locked in.
